User friendly, easy to use, quick deployment of note taking in our organization. The UI could be made more aesthetic but overall great experience with users across India. Lack of customization options for security policies and more secure way to share notes using email id instead of public forums. This should be addressed by adding more modules which can have extra functionalities. We are solving the problems of note keeping, document management and knowledge retention problem using this product. I like how easy it is to create forms, tables etc., as well as having all my files in one place makes organization so much easier! Some functions are difficult or confusing (like creating hyperlinks). It's not perfect but has solved our needs perfectly for now. Our team uses this software daily at work - we would be lost without it!! We use it during client calls/meetings too where sometimes we don't have access to other programs such as Word.
