Not good for outdoor party decorations

Can't say I'm impressed. It worked all 6 days and then the fan died. Went outside and saw a lighted light but an empty pile on the ground. I've tried spinning the fan manually in case something gets stuck in it. I can activate it, but it doesn't work by itself. It smells like burnt electricity.
