Order one size larger T-shirts
T-shirt is lightweight and very soft. I took the advice in the comments and ordered a size up. I bought this for my husband who is 6'1, 250 lbs. I got 2x and it was perfect. I don't dry the shirt, but I've washed it several times with no visible damage.
