I love this bento box but it can be slippery and if you grab onto the strap it will slip and all your food will fall. I usually use this for cold dishes, haven't tried it with warm ones yet. The compartments are completely interchangeable depending on how you want them, which is nice. It also comes with several cutlery sets and a sauce holder. You can get many good ideas for this on TikTok or Youtube. If you struggle with ideas that usually help me. I use this to reduce portion sizes. A typical meal for me would be a hummus sandwich (Aldi has small round sandwiches) and carrots. I usually put a small snack next to the sandwich if I'm still hungry or want something sweet. I do not recommend placing chips or cookies here, they can become soggy from moisture or condensation. Hope that helps!
