Very happy I recommend

Very easy to set up, just zip up and insert the mat. You can save space by unzipping and folding flat when not in use for a while. I personally like the ability to store it assembled and just hang it by the handle in the basement. It is quite light and works well for small cats. I'm not sure I'd want to put my burly 20lb scoop in there though. I am very happy with the durability and quality. I carried it by the handle and also as a backpack. Both were convenient modes of transportation. It was easy to buckle up in the front seat of my car for safe travel. The overall shape gives the kitty enough room to sit up and turn around, but not so much that it flaps around when you carry it. The position of the doors makes it easy for the cats to get in and out, which is an important point when visiting the vet. It has good ventilation, but the kitty will be a little damp when it rains. Pockets and a travel bowl are nice touches. I've worked in a pet shop for ten years, so I have experience with all kinds of pet carriers. There are certain circumstances where I prefer a hard-walled carrier (e.g. when carrying my aforementioned 20-pound chunky kitten). But the bottom line is I love this carrier and will put it to good use. I recommend it.
