So I bought and received this monitor quickly and efficiently, only to open it up and find that the protective film on the monitor was completely scratched. I was ready to ignore it, but when I started using the monitor, it turned off in the middle of using it and said "no signal", "save power" and went black. I only contacted Revain to have them say I need to use 3rd party customer service. A few days after sending a complaint to the seller, I get a response in Chinese. I have no idea what to do next and it's frustrating.
