Where do I start if I am dissatisfied with this product? The first thing I noticed was that the plastic was torn in several places, like many others already mentioned. I was expecting this, so I prepared myself with a hot glue gun. After all, $20 is what everyone expects, right? Then the shelves don't match, which never happens. It took me 20 minutes to carefully disassemble the plastic to get the pieces to fit together. They are definitely not "easy to assemble" as some say, unless half of us receive defective industrial products. Also, it seems a lot of people probably broke shelves to force them to be fitted and then returned the broken items which were then sent out a second or third time without proper quality control etc. It's another matter that the measurements are wrong. The width is actually wider than advertised and for an item trying to promote a slim fit for small spaces, 1/2 inch is an absolute deal breaker. Mine had wheels but they don't slide properly and it's difficult to slide in and out unless everything you put on the shelves is lightweight. I found the product fragile and won't stay upright unless you have something on each side to prevent it from falling. Or you need to put it against the wall for leverage. This shelf idea was great, but I find it 95% useless if you have to spend more time supergluing on arrival. I'd rather spend twice as much and buy better quality next time.
