Expect more comfort when using these pillows as opposed to the frame pressed against my irritated nose. Due to the natural accumulation of oil on the skin, they come in batches of 45 pairs, and you may need to change pads often enough to avoid problems with slippage or fat build-up. I used to wear frames with smaller nose pads, often made of silicone or hard, sometimes sharp-edged plastic. The frames I currently have are without adjustable pads and wires, which are less stable than solid plastic integrated throughout the plastic bridge. So I can expect fewer problems and little or no redness.
