I really wanted to like this doorbell cam. I was very happy with my older model. With this Geree camera, I couldn't get it to stay connected to my Wi-Fi network. I had to correspond with their support staff several times but never got a solution. They said their camera was fine so it must be my Wi-Fi network. Again, her old camera works fine on my network. I was told that the camera is probably too far from my router. I installed my router literally a few feet away from the device and it didn't stay connected for more than an hour. Then I would have to go through the installation process again to get it working in just a few minutes. Most of the time I have to remove the device from the app and do all the setup and I have problems registering. I tried to get Geree to give me another replacement device because I genuinely believe the problem is with that particular device, but they didn't agree. However, Revane refunded me. The doorbell camera has a good picture and view at night. It absorbs every movement that crosses its path.
