I wear them all day. I usually feel pain and discomfort in the middle of my arm between 7pm and 8pm. Now I don't have them. As for the size, my hand is a centimeter between medium and large, I chose large, so it's a bit loose around the wrist, but it fits my hands perfectly. If you want tighter compression, keep this in mind if you're between sizes. The joints of the fingers are sewn with a piece of fabric separating the seams, there are no sharp or tight places, after a while you will forget that you are wearing them. I'm not an expert on how copper helps with compression but I do know it's a great conductor which combined with breathability ensures there are no hot spots or sweaty palms. The heat is fully distributed and helps to create the feeling that you are wearing nothing. The grip isn't very comfortable for me when typing, but when I pick up my water glass or hold something in my hand, my grip is better than I am. If you were to use them with your bare hands then as they say if you use them while exercising or crafting the grip is awesome and will definitely help. When ordering, specify the desired compression level and use the cm measurement as an average value. The fabric is so versatile that I think I can buy a small pair and still wear them comfortably, albeit with more compression per square inch. I hope this helps anyone looking for comfortable gloves to help with joint and tendon pain.
