My bottle arrived with a ripped cap so there was no oil in the syringe when I tried to remove it. I contacted the company and within five minutes received a reply from Bo telling me that due to the inconvenience they would be shipping a brand new bottle. Bo also said that I don't even have to send the original back! The new bottle was sent the next day and arrived a few days later. I didn't expect a result that quick and didn't expect them to send out a whole new bottle just because the cap didn't work. Five product launches for customer service. Bo guaranteed me a regular customer. Now to the product. I've only been using the product for about a week, but so far it seems to be helping a bit with my fairly new beard. My beard, if you want to call it that, is only four weeks old, so shorter. However, I apply the oil every day and it seems to stop any itching or irritation I may have had before using it. It also seems to stop any chipping I've had. I intentionally didn't use it during the day just to see if it was just a fluke and I can definitely say I noticed some flaking and itching that day. The product works fine for me. So I will buy this product again once it runs out. It will be a while before I have two bottles now due to the exceptional customer service that has been offered.
