I need to edit this! First, the customer support was excellent. I realized that the problem was actually me and not the headphones. Now they only hear a slight crackle when I say this, which is tolerable and I prefer not to send the headphones back for a replacement even though they were offered. The sound quality is still great and the connection speed is incredible - I can turn on the headphones while I'm getting a call and they're connected, and I'm able to answer the call with more time. I don't use the headphones for anything other than making calls, but my batteries lasted four days on a single charge. Pretty cool! I look forward to trying them out this summer. Below is my original review which is no longer relevant! The fault was in my own phone, not the headset: the sound quality is excellent and the connection speed is amazing. I want to leave my review there as I was incredibly excited about it at first. Call answering is terrible. Everyone I spoke to through the headset complained.
