Fits my 1993 Saturn sw1 - the fan cowl brackets from the old radiator didn't fit.

Fits perfectly. The fan shroud brackets will not fit as this heatsink is slightly wider than stock. The width didn't affect the fit in any way, it just prevented the old heatsink's metal clips from fitting onto the new heatsink. The fan shroud can be reattached with a couple of nuts and bolts with a washer or two for spacers.
