I ordered a Navy kp-1825 in size 12. I'm always between 12 and 14 for jeans/pants, usually 14, so I followed the other reviews and went down a size. It has a great fit and the fabric is matte rather than glossy like other swim skirts. Tasteful length. I prefer the longer length but it's not short enough to return. Great buy, great price!
