Review on πŸ”Œ Amazon Basics MFi-Certified Lightning to USB A Cable for Apple iPhone and iPad - 4 Inches (10 Centimeters) - White: Efficient Charging and Syncing Solution for Apple Devices by Andy Baker

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Rigid, Not Flexible: A Sign of Rigidity or Vulnerability? The time will show.

I gave a rather mediocre review as none of them will last long. I will come back to check if this cable lasts a year or more. I no longer write reviews about noisy cables for IOS. A few months or less after I wrote a review, they fail where the cute little iPhone connector fits into the iPhone. To be honest it seems pretty solid considering it doesn't flex flex like most lightning rods. But I suspect it can be so hard that it goes bad faster than expected. I've bought so many of these charging cords from phone stores, military bases, Marshalls, Ross', Revain, etc. Apple, Ankers, or any other brand all fail within a year, regardless of brand or length. I just do not understand. Especially the anchor lines. I actually switched to them once on purpose because they got good reviews. Customers are too soon pushed into writing reviews on almost everything we buy at Revain. We buyers have to wait at least six months for lighting cables. I left good reviews and then kabang - the cable fails in the connector between 6 and 12 months due to a tiny wire breaking inside. You can find out where the malfunction is if you move the cable at this point and it will work, ie it will charge. But only for a millisecond. Once the cable is out of the sweet spot, it becomes dead and unusable again. end of the tirade. I will come back and improve my rating when the cable earns my respect.
