It's very easy to use, it has many different plugins that can be used to customize your site as you need them. If I have trouble with something, there are always tutorials available so I'm able to learn how to do what I want without too much hassle or delay. The support team is also great! They respond quickly when ever we contact them, even if its during off hours in their time zone. There are some things that they could improve upon such as allowing more customization of the CSS code but overall this product works well. We needed a way to create custom pages and content easily. This allowed us to save money by not having to hire someone else to build our own CMS.
