Great little tripod. I use it for my compact camera and the iPhone XR. I have a Sony DSCHX80 camera that I love to shoot with and it fits perfectly with the camera mount that came with it. I have an iPhone XR in a bulky Otterbox case and it fits perfectly in the phone holder that came with it. I tested the remote and it paired with my iPhone with no issues and was able to take pictures with it. Remember there is an on/off switch on the side of the remote to make it work. Also, remember to turn off the remote control when not in use, otherwise the battery will drain. In the photo I posted, I can also take selfies with my camera, but the remote only works with iOS or Android. I have to adjust the camera for a while to take a selfie. The tripod also comes with a Go Pro camera mount. This is a simple tripod easy to use for your phone or camera.
