I like that we can keep in touch with our contacts globally, it's simple for us as well because of its cloud-based platform which makes everything easier; also they are always there when you need their support! The customer service is top notch too - responsive at all times (and willing), knowledgeable about your needs/scenarios & very helpful throughout!! Nothing really but if i think hard then maybe this could be improved by allowing users more control over social media tools such has Facebook etc., make sure everyone knows how useful these platforms will benefit from using GII so get involved early.

This tool allows me manage my business network effectively worldwide without having face2face contact or travelling overseas oftenly.- Manage relationships within an office remotely via video conferencing.
