Great mop head, easy to use and does the job perfectly! LOVE IT! To update! I bought 5 of these mop heads and the first 2 were great then I ordered a third. It arrived looking the same as the others but without the middle layer of plastic I figured that's how they make them now so I used that. This is my least favorite and I would like to return it. So I ordered a fourth. It arrived with a plastic middle layer and I loved it! That works great. So I'm confused, is the one broken without the plastic layer? It drags across the floor and doesn't hold onto the Velcro mop head. I hate this. I'm trying to run a cleaning business and you'd think the $15 apiece product is being produced consistently! So I just ordered a fifth one and to my disappointment it arrived without the middle layer of plastic and it's junk. I'm sending it back.
