Too small in protective gear

I used the size chart to confirm what I already knew and ordered XXL. At best, it can be an average size. I can and will send it back, but I have to pay for shipping. The suppliers are to blame. I have to be very careful and look out for a FREE RETURN and not just a "return within 30 days".
