Suitable for both powdered and tableted vitamins/supplements.

Holds 3-4 medium sized vitamins/supplements/tablets. I used more for my take out powdered drink supplements. I just take it out of my bag and pour the contents into a 16.9 ounce water bottle. Less mess and no cleaning. just throw it away Suggest using a small funnel to fill the powder drink bag.
