We apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, you can turn the camera into a mass storage device and retrieve files that way, but the software will not work on Windows Vista. Please follow the instructions below: 1. Disconnect the camera from the computer and turn it off.2. Press and hold the "OK" button on the navigation bar on the back of the camera.3. Connect the camera while holding the "OK" button.4. Once the camera is recognized as a USB mass storage device, release the button.5. Open the "Computer" folder.6. Locate the newly added drive "Removable Diskβ, there are two different drives, you need to select the drive with the first letter of the alphabet. Double click on the drive to open it, then open the DCIM folder and then the 100MEDIA.8 folder. From there you can copy or drag files from your camera to your desktop or hard drive.
