This surprised me because I have used Joico conditioner sets in the past and have had great results and have loved the scents of the products I have used. I didn't like this scent, but I wasn't terrible either. More importantly, my hair wasn't that bad to begin with, but after using this shampoo and Joico's new shampoo, my hair became crispy, tangled and unruly like bad doll hair. Just so disappointed. I hope that now I can find a product to fix all the damage caused by this product and get it back to the condition I originally wanted. I have long thick straight hair that I have never blow dried, heated combs or anything like that. I take good care of it so it really baffled me, out of the blue, dryness after using products to treat the same. You might get better results, fingers crossed!
