My 4 year old son wears 4T pants and these 4T joggers fit him perfectly. Their length is just right to look fashionable now and they also leave room for growth. These joggers don't have ties. The straps are elastic and sit on them very comfortably. The cuffs are made of the same fabric as the waistband and are not too tight. There are two well-sized side pockets. I have a solid black and solid gray option. Interestingly, the fabric is not the same for both pairs. Gray is very soft and more fluid, while black is a bit thicker and harder, but still soft, just not as soft as grey. Both pairs are lightweight joggers and both are 100% cotton which is exactly what I was looking for. I wash them cold and they don't shrink. If you are looking for comfortable and lightweight joggers, I recommend them.
