Aviditi is Not the Customer-Centered Business That They Pretend to Be

Because of the breadth of Aviditi's product offering, I had high hopes for the company, but my actual experience with them was less than satisfying. The customer service offered by the organization is subpar, with representatives who are apathetic and uninterested in finding solutions to customers' problems. I also had problems with the quality of the product, such as envelopes and mailers that had poor construction and did not live up to the standards that the company claimed to keep. Even more unfortunate, their shipping resources were insufficient, which led to things being lost or damaged while they were in transit. It is abundantly evident that Aviditi places a higher priority on profit than the satisfaction of their customers, and as a result, I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
