This product works well
I got this knee pad for my hip bursitis and ITBand stiffness. This works very well. It keeps my hips straight and stays in place with a strap. I wish the strap was a little sturdier so I didn't have to reattach it when changing positions, but that doesn't really matter. FYI, the description says the lid is removable, but I didn't find that to be the case. When I take the cover off it's almost impossible to put it back on. Aside from the case, I like this product because it works well.
