, I'm in love, I'll never use a beauty blender or regular foundation brush again! I REALLY had to trim some of the long bristles on the largest brush. The brush handles seem to be the most likely place to break, the plastic isn't strong enough for heavy hands. The plastic is a little flimsy and they seem like they will break without any problem. The box they came in was cheap and my brush bristles might not have been damaged if the real box was a bit more durable. (Although I will say "Pro" is in the box, see below*.) There are no indicators, no stickers, not even a piece of paper in the box showing which brush is for which. 10 beautiful brushes for $15. ! Even if the bristles are slightly misaligned (only with a small brush), that's still a lot! The bristles are SO SOFT, like the fine bristles of a newborn comb, but softer still! Speaking of bristles, there must be millions of them, and they're PACKED in there! I took my thumb and pushed straight down, wiggling it to try and get through the stubble. The bristles haven't moved, so they're tightly packed! *Even though the box was incredibly thin and easy to fold, each brush was individually wrapped in a resealable plastic bag. The size of the brushes is PERFECT to hold while doing makeup! I have used 6 makeup brushes out of 10 and none have been disappointed. I added a photo of said makeup. Full Disclosure: I used a new face powder that did NOT work for me, so any application issues were due to user error / using the wrong products NOT brushes. There was almost no foundation left on the brush, as well as blush, eyeshadow and powder! My beauty blender lost more foundation. If you use circular or short strokes THERE IS NO BRUSH MAX LEFT! I have carpal tunnel and my wrist and hand cramps VERY when applying foundation when using regular brushes due to the angle I have to hold my hand. I didn't cramp my arm or even feel any discomfort. It didn't take long for me to blend into my foundation either. Eyeshadow was the hardest part. I've always wanted a fluffy blending brush, I DON'T NEED it, but out of habit I wanted one to blend my eyeshadow. The brushes have worked great everywhere I've used them and I'm happy to use them again. Depending on the shadow they can cause a decent recoil if you swipe them across the shadow BUT you can also pick up the shadow by just tapping/pressing the shadow with the brush and it will pick up any recoil in the pan. I used both top and bottom eyeliner brushes and was able to get my top lashes incredibly close and it was super easy! I almost want to buy a spare brush set just in case. I am very happy with these brushes. If you're interested in the Artis brush but don't want to spend money until you know if you like it, then this is the perfect option! If you have problems with your hands, wrists, shoulders or anything that makes applying makeup or blending painful, this is perfect! If you want to cut down on makeup time, this is perfect! It is great! I only have 2 concerns: the handle will eventually break and I don't know how to dry them after cleaning. But those two things aside, they're worth it considering the price! I would definitely buy them again. I would pay double the advertised price and still feel like I got a good deal. Raw diamond! BUY THIS! You won't be disappointed trust me. I hope this review helps someone make a purchasing decision. I also highly recommend getting a holder for it. You don't want to just toss them in your cosmetic bag or mug, you want the bristles to be protected and kept away from anything that might bend them. 4.75/5☆ for the above reasons.
