This is terrible! One party kept turning me down, so I reported it and asked for help troubleshooting it. The seller immediately said that the marriage and sent a new pair. Sounds great right? It would be if a NEW couple showed up. Instead, I opened the Amazon package and the headphone box was already open. Inside were headphones with what appeared to be earwax. The charging cable wasn't properly folded and in the box, and there are NO spare earbuds to even think about replacing disgusting, dirty earbuds. So I'll report this again immediately. They claim to send headphones but who needs them for used headphones when I've paid for new ones! I request the return of the information and am instructed to throw it away. I can't, they have batteries in them. I point out. I was told to dispose of them safely for the environment. That is, in other words, I WILL SHARPEN PAYMENT TO REMOVE YOUR MISTAKE! Good luck to everyone who buys them from these sellers!
