When I received the package it seemed to me that it was already open but I continued anyway. I pull out all the pieces, looking for instructions, and there's only a small piece of paper to blink at. In fact it was just a guide in pictures with numbers for each part that was in the box. Luckily all the parts were there this time so it definitely wasn't a problem. When I build I run into some faulty parts, one of the parts of my ladder isn't fully assembled so my screw won't fit in, one of the #13 parts already had a screw that was stuck so I couldn't do anything about it so the Tree trembles on one side. In general I like the wood, I think my cat likes it but I will definitely be careful because some parts may already be damaged or a part may be missing. You definitely get value for money. So if you want something smaller (width I would say, my cat is only a year old and almost too big) but want some height, that's cute. If you want something permanent, I might not invest in this tree.
