I don't want to criticize this product, but I can't rate it more than one star. The headphones don't sound loud enough to enjoy the music I'm trying to listen to. I bought these headphones for running. I can't hear music (at all) on a treadmill, and when I run outside I can't hear music even with a slight breeze. I can't comment on the sound quality as I don't listen to the music. I bought these headphones to replace my existing budget set. A cheap kit is less than a third of the price and I can hear the music. I would not recommend them more for those who will be using them outside of the office. At first I thought there must be a problem in the settings or in my phone or in the applications I was using on my phone. Then I realized that the headphones are just poor quality.
