This is the second antenna of this model that I have purchased (although the first was from a different supplier). Looks like this second antenna was stolen for parts. 4 of 8 required brackets were missing. E-mails and calls to the manufacturer went unanswered. I did not contact the seller as that would only victimize the next buyer. As this was an antic rig and not weather I was able to modify (drill out) some of the remaining mounts to make them work (using half the mount in 4 places). Although the antenna works great! I live in a semi-rural area and can get a decent signal in two different directions from one station 47 miles away and from another station 52 miles away. Signal is good enough for DVR stable! This antenna does the job as advertised.
