Missing Parts for my opinion

I ordered this for my 5yr old son to play on. It came in 3 boxes and not all at the same time. I received the first 2 boxes which contained the middle climbing section and the box was damaged, but all the parts were there. It was hard to put together at times because when they drill the holes they don't take into account the paint on the pieces that need to go through the holes. We had to use a hammer to get them to go through and ended up scraping some paint off. When the last box came 3 days later it was barely being held together with tape! Also it was missing half of the hardware for the monkey bars. ebay instructs you to contact the manufacturer for issues. When you do, you are instructed that they are only doing business through email and it will take 6-8 weeks to get a response! We ended up just ordering the missing parts and emailed the manufacturer asking for a refund for the parts that we just ordered as it is costing us an additional $71 to get the new parts ($35 was just for shipping)! We currently have the climber and swing set put together and our son loves it, but way to much of a hassle getting everything here.
