Disappointed with both the Low Quality and the Lack of Customer Service Provided by SNZM

Recently, I made a buy from SNZM, and I have to admit that, all in all, I was really dissatisfied with how the transaction went. To begin, the quality of the apparel and shoes that were sent to me was below average. The products were badly constructed and made of low-quality materials; also, they did not resemble the images at all that were displayed on the website. When I contacted customer service to voice my concerns, I was met with comments that were both rude and ineffective in resolving my issues. They gave the impression that they were uninterested in my concerns and were unwilling to offer any remedies or reimbursement for the low-quality things that I had been sent. To make a bad situation even worse, one of the pieces of jewelry I ordered did not come in good condition. After getting in touch with SNZM about this problem, I was informed that the company would not be able to provide a replacement or a refund because the damage was seen as "normal wear and tear." This is not acceptable because it was obvious from the beginning that the product had a flaw. In general, I would not suggest SNZM to anyone who is interested in purchasing high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry. Shopping at this store is both a difficult and disheartening experience due to the low quality of the products and the unhelpful customer service. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
