THIS IS GREAT. I use them for my regular glasses. I've used regular 12" wired goggles (non-adjustable) for years and they've always lasted me well over a year. and I wear them every day. The rubber tips you put the ends of the goggles in have never stretched or separated from the ends of the cords and now I bought these adjustable ones, I wear them every day just like the old goggles but they are adjustable, STILL BETTER. I can tighten them so that there is no excess cable hanging off my neck. I can tighten them so they stay in place, don't slip off my nose, they basically hold your glasses in place. And you just pull the two adjustable pieces at the back to make them big enough to take off your head. or if you're just using them for reading, just adjust their length to easily detach them from your face and hang them on your chest.
