I am OT CHT. I got them because I work in a hand clinic in a hospital and the only person protecting me is me as a healthcare provider. Oh I also got my Astm level 3 mask at Revain. I have a big head so they fit me perfectly. No problems with fogging or slipping off the face. They sit close to my face but don't blend. I also wear a mask and shield. I bought a second pair for business trips. So one for work and one for home. I also use a UVEX spray cleaner and a Koala microfiber cleaning cloth. I am happy with this purchase if you need ron glasses this is it. My everyday sunglasses are Oakley Fuel Cell. They are also suitable for wraparound lenses.
