The stylus works great but I can't say enough about the fantastic customer service - the best experience I've had in over 20 years after buying stuff online. I bought a pen to use with the Microsoft OneNote app on an iPad. I contacted support because the stylus was not fully recognized in the app and my notes were illegible. Customer service was quick to respond and recommended I install a tempered glass screen protector. With the screen protector on, OneNote worked flawlessly on my iPad with this stylus. Great pen, works as described and the customer service is absolutely the best.
