I bought this device in March when I was having health problems related to the inability to regulate body temperature. I'm poor and disabled so obviously durability is important as I can't afford to buy a new one every 2 months. It was very soft and cozy and really helped keep me warm when I couldn't get warm for about 4 weeks. Over the next two it got less warm and eventually stopped heating altogether. I'll be back in October and looking for a new blanket because it's getting colder again. I'm wondering how it stopped working immediately after closing the return window. Very disappointing as I liked the color and feel.
