We recently bought a MantoLite WT-132B and the light tube is crooked because it isn't attached to the part that attaches to the pivot hinge. There is no way to tighten it as the screw is behind the light colored threads which can be seen by unscrewing the end of the tube. I can't find a manual or instructions on how to fix this, so I stick a toothpick spacer behind the pipe and hope the screw will hold. Otherwise you can return it and hope the next one will follow suit. The company offered to weld it. No return or exchange offer.
