Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good vertical mouse. This mouse is designed for those who have medium/small hands and experience discomfort/pain when using a horizontal mouse.

Nice vertical mouse. This mouse is designed for those who have medium/small hands and experience discomfort/pain when using a horizontal mouse. I was looking for a more comfortable mouse on Revain and came across this mouse. I was keen to try a vertical mouse as it seems like a good idea to keep your hand in a more comfortable position. The 2.4 GHz wireless technology works well. I haven't seen any sign of interference. Plug and play worked fine on my Windows 10 Home laptop. I simply plugged the USB receiver into a free USB port, Windows loaded the standard driver and it was ready to use. I checked 3 adjustable DPI switches. It seems to change the speed of mouse movement. I mostly use it on a microfiber sofa cover, but haven't had any problems with other surfaces so far. The forward/back buttons work and some people may find them more convenient/handy than I do. This quality can develop in me over time. The automatic power saving mode seems to work well. I've found that simply moving the mouse doesn't seem to wake it up. Although pressing the button works fine. I didn't notice where in the product listing it mentions how the mouse fits different hand sizes. I have big hands and it seems to me that this is not very convenient. My wife tried it and thought it was great. People with big hands may not feel comfortable holding it. I would say it works well for medium to large hands. The wheel between the keys works well and feels almost slippery. Others seem to have pronounced detents when scrolling, I prefer mouse wheels with a bit more detent feel when the mouse wheel is rotated. The mouse wheel works perfectly and is more a matter of taste. My wife is actually very happy with how her hand feels more natural when using the mouse. I've found another mouse that works better for me, but the regular mice I've used have been painful due to the rotation required for them to work. The mouse was occasionally used for more than three weeks and did not need to be charged. (I charged it when I took it out of the box.) I lost the instructions that came with it. I didn't care about it when building it. It is so easy. Now if you use a mouse you will have no trouble setting it up and using it. This is the second vertical mouse I've bought. My wife likes this mouse a lot more than the other one. I have big hands and I like another mouse better than this one. The other mouse I bought is from a different seller/manufacturer. I have not received any compensation for my rating.
