Excellent backpack. The biggest benefit is that your back is kept away from you so it can breathe. Rescuer. I also love all the pockets on the straps to keep your phone, sunscreen, lip balm, granola bar and everything within reach without having to stop and take off your backpack to get there. I personally hate cleaning water bladders, so I got mine out and just used a water bottle that leaves enough room for a sweater, travel poncho, travel first aid kit, and other travel essentials.
