I really like this massager but the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the intensity seems to change during use without pressing the buttons. A little annoying. **Update: I bought it a little less than a year ago and since buying it I haven't used this massager very much but it has already started not working. It makes a lot of weird noises it didn't make before and performance isn't the same even when fully charged. The problem with the fact that the massager itself changes intensity is still relevant, but worse. It will probably stop working very soon due to the noise the machine is making and I don't know how to contact the seller to see if I can get an exchange. :(
