I have been playing online games for many years and have tried many gaming headsets. It's hard to find, especially in a reasonable price range. I bump into this at least once a year, and always end up with the same two issues: the mic fails, or the cable to the controller shorts out or breaks completely. So I barely survived a year after my last headset. , I was looking for a headset with a detachable cable and microphone, not knowing if such a product existed and at a reasonable price. EKSA E900 was the answer! Haven't used it for long, but am very happy with it so far. Here are my pros and cons so far: Pros: - Detachable/swappable microphone - Detachable/swappable 3.5mm cable - Extremely comfortable ear pads even after hours of use - Compatible with multiple consoles and PCs - Cables and cords for multiple consoles and PC packed - Great sound - Price range of $40 as of June 2020 Cons: - Mute button makes a static noise every time it is pressed and pressed. Not sure if only the user or the other players in the party can hear it, but it's annoying.
