I bought this because another reviewer recommended keeping the phone in an outer case. I found my phone to be too heavy and when I tried to walk with it it hit me. The whole system didn't work for me because of the flapping outside pocket and also because the big bag was too big for me - I knew I would easily fill it with too many things and it would be too heavy to carry. I liked the design and it went well with many other holdalls I have but not for everyday use.
