Bought these to share and freeze groceries for my elderly mother in law. She doesn't eat much and I didn't always pick up my "good" containers from her. Those are the perfect portions for her. They stack up nicely in the freezer when I'm making extra portions of our meals or when I'm making something special for them. She can thaw them ahead of time in the fridge if she remembers to do so, or reheat them from a frozen state if she doesn't remember to thaw them. And best of all, she can safely reheat them in the microwave and I don't have to worry about chemicals getting into her food. They're easy to clean and the price is so good that I wouldn't be too upset if one or two were accidentally thrown away. I highly recommend these containers!
