This is a very well built, high quality outdoor security camera. The entire camera body (housing) is made of thick and heavy metal. I feel very solid. The package came tightly packed, everything looks great, the instructions are clear. I like the PTZ capabilities as well as the 5x optical zoom. Most other cameras only have digital zoom. It's definitely worth it! Update 7/16/19: Worked fine for a while but now loses focus every few days. I have to open the app and refocus or everything gets blurry. Update 8/17/19: I contacted their CSR and their tech support worked with me and confirmed that the device has some defects. After 2 weeks a new device was sent and now it works perfectly. Awesome CSO! Thank you for the professional and very courteous treatment that makes this product great.
