I have a 32 inch waist which is said to be perfect for this adjustable belt L (28-42). But I still had at least 2 inches more to get past the latest ratchet available. I like the color, design and quality of the product. It is packed in a beautiful box. but can't use it :( However, you have a very good return policy. To be clear. Anyone with a waist of about 34 inches or less. This belt will be too big for you.
