This is my second week. I notice an increase in strength and find that my muscles respond better to the load. I think I'm gaining muscle mass, although I don't think it shows in the mirror. As a burpee fanatic, I've noticed an increase in strength and ability to jump higher and do more push-ups (part of my burpee routine), but this seems to come at the expense of endurance. I can still finish my burpee routine even though I'm breathing heavier. Time will tell what this supplement is really capable of, but so far I am very impressed. An unexpected bonus is improved focus and (probably) memory - not as noticeable as with cocoa flavanols, but still noticeable.
