It won't look EXACTLY like an anime watch, there are very subtle differences, but in my opinion it looks better like it's a real world adaptation. Technically there is no engraving on the inside but the watch still looks good and works reasonably well. Time stays accurate, I've never had to reset it, although I would recommend not colliding or dropping it, pocket watches break easily if you're not careful. You never know how fragile the internal mechanism can be, so handle it with care. Overall I would say it's worth the money.
