Bought these for outdoor grounding/grounding - I bought 2 (one for each foot). They do an excellent job of grounding, even on concrete sidewalks (but they won't ground you on streets/asphalt). I exercise outside for up to an hour every day and they still haven't fallen apart after 3 months of use. I wasn't expecting that I would have more energy from training while grounding, but it was and I wasn't in any pain.
