Good massage oil, although arnica doesn't really show up.
I have chronic back pain and my friend/neighbor gave me a back massage fairly regularly during the pandemic. I chose this one because I've had good results with arnica for bruises and other things in the past and while I'm not sure if it's strong enough to do anything, the massage oil has a good consistency; It glides easily over muscles without rubbing against skin, doesn't get sticky or sticky, and works for a while before more is needed. General massage oil is quite nice.
